Project Overview
The project is a kaolin mining operation which will include a waste facility for the permanent storage of hazardous waste. It will require the commissioning of the waste cell infrastructure, access roads, raw water supply and other key infrastructure for the waste facility.
TBH’s Role
TBH is engaged as the Independent Certifier on behalf of the lenders for the Project. TBH’s role includes:
- Independent monthly programme and cost reports
- Cost to complete certificates
- Withdrawal to pay EPC Contractor certificates
- Certification of Commercial Completion
- Other ad-hoc Independent Certifier request
