Project Overview

The Learning and Teaching Building (LTB) for Monash University is the new gateway to the Clayton campus from Wellington Road. It consists of over 28,000 m2 of floor space. Innovative formal learning and teaching spaces are complemented by informal learning hubs that deliver a variety of study settings.

The project also included the reconfiguration of bus interchanges and new landscaped car park, both accessed off Wellington Road.

 

TBH’s Role

Monash University engaged TBH to provide project programming services as follows:

  • Development of Master Programmes (including several options).
  • Preparation of indicative construction programmes for both early works and main works.
  • Programming advice during design and tender period.
  • Regular site visits, onsite progress and programme reports

 

TBH was able assist the Client to identify key milestones and mitigate risks for the project.
