{"id":1361,"date":"2019-08-05T12:36:28","date_gmt":"2019-08-05T08:36:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tbhconsultancy.com\/ae\/experience\/nswpf-body-worn-video-2\/"},"modified":"2020-11-23T04:28:10","modified_gmt":"2020-11-23T00:28:10","slug":"nswpf-body-worn-video","status":"publish","type":"cpt-project","link":"https:\/\/tbhconsultancy.com\/mena\/experience\/nswpf-body-worn-video\/","title":{"rendered":"NSWPF &#8211; Body-Worn Video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Project Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The NSW Government have announced dedicated funding towards the roll-out of BWV (Body-Worn Video) and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">amended legislation to allow police, in the lawful execution of their duties, to record in public places and private<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">dwellings. NSW Police Force have initiated the NSWPF Body-Worn Video Project to meet this objective. TBH were<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">engaged to assist in the development and quality uplift of established \u201cwork stream\u201d schedules and the integration<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">of the schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule. TBH are managing the schedules within a Microsoft Project<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Server Environment.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TBH\u2019s Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The NSWPF Body Worn Video Project required an extensive scheduling specialist service to further develop and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">uplift the quality of three established \u201cwork stream\u201d schedules. The schedules required a design that could be readily<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">integrated into a developed IMS (Integrated Master Schedule), which was also built by TBH.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The NSWPF Body Worn Video Project underwent extensive workshopping to identify a moderate level of<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">interdependencies. These interdependencies were then managed between the individual schedules through their<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">integration into the IMS.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">TBH\u2019s Master Planning and Scheduling service created a strong foundation for the efficient delivery of the Body Worn<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Video project through establishing an IMS Baseline. To ensure the efficiency of the IMS Baseline TBH performed quality<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">assurance exercises to review and validate major project milestones in consensus with key stakeholders. The exercises<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">also reinforce that the schedules meet the appropriate level of scheduling quality standards.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Following the delivery of the IMS Baseline, the Body Worn Video project will progress into an operational phase<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">of the engagement.
