{"id":1394,"date":"2019-08-07T11:22:57","date_gmt":"2019-08-07T07:22:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tbhconsultancy.com\/ae\/experience\/defence-maintenance-management-dmm-2\/"},"modified":"2025-10-22T03:29:19","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T23:29:19","slug":"defence-maintenance-management-dmm","status":"publish","type":"cpt-project","link":"https:\/\/tbhconsultancy.com\/mena\/experience\/defence-maintenance-management-dmm\/","title":{"rendered":"Defence Maintenance Management (DMM)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Project Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since 2004, TBH has been involved with DMM providing project development and feasibility for all Sydney central projects, including delivery of many more significant projects including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decontamination of the hammerhead crane at Garden Island<\/li>\n<li>All asbestos removal projects<\/li>\n<li>Refurbishment of Balmoral Naval hospital<\/li>\n<li>Garden Island dredging<\/li>\n<li>Garden Island subsidence<\/li>\n<li>Refurbishment of the submarine battery recharging facility<\/li>\n<li>Refurbishment of many heritage items in works at Victoria Barracks, Garden Is, HMAS Watson<\/li>\n<li>Decontamination of the HMAS Waterhen car park subsoil<\/li>\n<li>Refurbishment of refuelling facilities and wharfs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TBH\u2019s Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TBH was engaged to provide project management services to deliver sensitive projects for the Department of Defence. These projects consist of all asbestos removal and mitigation, environmental, heritage and high-risk projects.
