The brownfield site consisted of two existing buildings requiring structural modifications, strengthening, and fitout to support<br \/>\napproximately 4,000 racks.<\/p>\n<p>The project sought to integrate efficient energy systems while navigating complex local permitting and delivery pathways without appointing a traditional main contractor, relying instead on an internal project and construction management (P&amp;CM) team.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TBH\u2019s Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Developed an Integrated Master Control Programme and detailed Delivery Programme across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.<br \/>\n\u2022 Delivered bilingual programming outputs (English and Chinese) to support daily planning across a Mandarin speaking internal team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Worked closely with I Squared Capital\u2019s in-house P&amp;CM team to align programme logic, methodology, and key interfaces across both buildings and external authority constraints.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conducted on-site working sessions to refine scope, interdependencies, and productivity assumptions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provided monthly monitoring, programme updates, and reporting on delays, slippage recovery, resource tracking, and critical path forecasting.<br \/>\n\u2022 Offered ad hoc support on procurement strategy, contract time clauses, and EOT claim assessments<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The TBH Difference\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TBH\u2019s detailed programming support gave I Squared Capital early visibility over project timeframes, sequencing, and critical risks &#8211; essential in a complex, contractor-less delivery model. By embedding bilingual planners within the team and tailoring controls to match local workflows, TBH enabled structured coordination across disciplines.
