The development of the Airport is integral to the activation of this area and is one of the cornerstones of the NSW Government\u2019s Western Sydney Priority Growth Area Plan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"JobSheetLevel1\">TBH\u2019s Role<\/h3>\n<p class=\"JobSheetText\">TBH was engaged to inform the business case through the provision of constructability advice, planning and long-term master scheduling.<\/p>\n<p class=\"JobSheetText\">This included but was not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">Review of relevant draft project documentation, confirmation that it was fit for purpose and identifying omissions<\/li>\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">Procurement advice to determine the optimal delivery strategy operations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">Constructability advice which contributed to the constructability report which addressed:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">Construction strategy<\/li>\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">Industry capability and capacity<\/li>\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">\u00a0Execution risks<\/li>\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">Optimisation opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"JobSheetText\">Develop a detailed master schedule which included:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Complete authority approvals ranging from environmental and government to utilities<\/li>\n<li>All internal commonwealth and preferred operator processes<\/li>\n<li>Reference design through to IFC<\/li>\n<li>Construction including extensive earthworks, runways and aprons, terminal buildings and support facilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project Overview By 2050, Western Sydney is forecast to be home to around four million people, roughly equivalent to either Melbourne or Sydney in 2016.
