The upgrades were to address the challenges of water security, reliability and flood mitigation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>TBH&#8217;s Role<\/h3>\n<p>TBH was engaged to provide project controls services to support WaterNSW. TBH provided time, cost and risk services across the major project&#8217;s portfolio.
