The dams were announced as fast-tracked projects and Critical State Significant Infrastructure (CSSI) in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>WaterNSW has partnered with WaterSecure, a joint venture between KBR and Aurecon, to plan and deliver this portfolio of major projects.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"JobSheetLevel1\">TBH\u2019s Role<\/h3>\n<p>TBH has partnered with WaterSecure to provide project controls services across the portfolio including:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Project Controls Lead responsible for Implement and integrate project and portfolio development and execution tools and systems and managing the Cost, Schedule, Systems and Document Controls leads.<\/li>\n<li>Integrated master schedule encompassing project team, contractors, and external parties following schedule best practice<\/li>\n<li>Support Wyangala, Dungowan and Mole River Dams, Final Business Case (FBC) development through all Gateway Reviews<\/li>\n<li>Develop the following project control frameworks, which will include proposals for people, processes and systems required to administer and manage project performance:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Integrated Project Controls Framework, which will define the integration of systems, processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Cost Control Framework, which will define the cost management methodology (accrual process, forecasting, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling Control Framework, which will include scheduling processes and standards<\/li>\n<li>Risk Management Framework, which will define and establish a risk control process for the establishment and continuous management of risks and contingency ie; risk register maintenance, risk data recording, analysis, mitigation and contingency planning, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring, analysing and reporting on schedule, cost, risk, issue and change monthly status<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and support the risk team with Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), including Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and Cost Risk Analysis (CRA) for Asset Delivery Projects<\/li>\n<li>Bespoke summary\/high-level programmes and status reports, early warning system for key risks and issues<\/li>\n<li>What-if scenario modelling for decision-making and planning<\/li>\n<li>Schedule reviews and assurance on contractor schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The TBH Difference<\/h3>\n<p>The master schedule, as a single source of truth, is the critical tool for coordinating complex works across multiple agencies on a fast-tracked project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project Overview The Wyangala, Dungowan, and Mole River Dams are the first projects in WaterNSW\u2019s large-scale water infrastructure portfolio, aiming to provide water security across the state.
