Both have been with the business for over 10 years and Robbie joined TBH as Jnr Consultants (Analysts).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aytug has played a key role in the development and success of our UAE office by building strong, solution focussed relationships with our clients and being a key member of our leadership team for the region. Aytug has been with TBH for over 12 years. He played an integral role at the very start of the formation of CTBH in 2010 when TBH partnered with Confluence and then again when TBH opened an independent office in 2020. Aytug has a range of experience that covers our core services of Planning and Scheduling and Claims and Dispute resolution. He advises a variety of clients in all stages of project delivery including planning, design, procurement, and on-site construction. Aytug\u2019s current focus is on sustainable growth of our offices in the Middle East.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robbie has been with TBH for over 15 years. He has worked across a variety of industries including Rail and Road, Health, ICT, Infrastructure, Construction, and Mining. He effectively utilises his strong product development, problem-solving and analytical skills. Through innovation, he is able to drive exceptional results for clients.
