Project Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

BT Financial\u2019s (BT) Panorama Program is responsible for the strategy, design and build out of a new wealth platform<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for the Westpac Group. In the Panorama Program context, \u2018platform\u2019 refers to the end to end customer experience,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>development and packaging of future product offerings, the underlying technology and how BT and Westpac service<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>customers through multiple channels, brands and devices.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Program has been running for over five years with a projected two years remaining until completion. To date the<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Panorama Program has predominately been delivered through an Agile methodology. At current, the program is now<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>moving from the software development phase into the data migration (Internal & Customer) stage. Data migration is<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>more sequential in nature and therefore aligns better with the planned Waterfall approach.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

TBH\u2019s Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

TBH was engaged by BT Financial Group to provide extensive Planning and Scheduling services that were predominately<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>led<\/span>\u00a0by the implementation of an Integrated Master Schedule for the Panorama Program. The scope of service includes:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
