It is a SGD$3.2 billion mixed development facilitating residential, office and reatil outlets integrated with a five star hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The space spans approximately 500,000 square feet and the development will tower over the neighbourhood buildings with its 64 storeys, making it the tallest residences in Singapore at 290m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TBH\u2019s Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TBH has been engaged by GuocoLand to provide ongoing planning and programming support to the GuocoLand project management team. TBH\u2019s scope included site visits and the preparation of monthly programme status reports highlighting the actual progress against the baseline programme, assessment of critical and near critical activities, activities requiring client\u2019s decision, and recommendations in dealing with the slippages.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, TBH also provided claims management advisory services to GuocoLand.<\/p>\n<p>Independent assessments of the likely forecast completion date of the project was provided to GuocoLand on a monthly basis.
