It will require the commissioning of the waste cell infrastructure, access roads, raw water supply and other key infrastructure for the waste facility.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TBH\u2019s Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TBH is engaged as the Independent Certifier on behalf of the lenders for the Project.
