TBH were awarded the integrated project controls (IPC) services and delivered these functions throughout the delivery phase. TBH\u2019s engagement consisted of 2 stages, with a rapid Establishment phase to take over the existing IPC functions and develop connections with key stakeholders. After the Establishment phase, the second stage involved an uplift in the maturity of IPC capabilities to be suitable for a $1b+ project, providing proactive controls of the USC project. TBH\u2019s key IPC functions included Time, Cost, Change, Risk, Document Management, Reporting and Governance together with a senior lead to interface with the broader Sydney Water business. Sydney Water\u2019s pioneering use of the NEC4 form of contract on USC meant that the IPC functions had to be customised to provide the proactive time and cost analysis to support this collaborative commercial model.<\/p>\n
