The new Edmondson High School project is\u00a0a $180 million upgrade in Sydney\u2019s South-west as a response to rapid population growth in the area and will feature fit-for-purpose classrooms and core facilities.<\/p>\n
The project involves\u00a0constructing a new, traditional-style high school to accommodate up to 800 students by the first day of Term 1, 2027. The project will include 37 modern classrooms, specialized hubs for science, technology, performing arts, and fitness, a library, a lecture theatre, sports fields, and multi-sports courts.<\/p>\n
The project is currently under construction.<\/p>\n
TBH was originally engaged by Schools Infrastructure to develop an initial Master Programme to assist with the planning and management of the works from Schematic Design through to construction and handover.<\/p>\n
As part of the initial engagement TBH assisted with the analysis of different delivery models, validated key project durations and monitored progress of key consultants and project deliverables.<\/p>\n
TBH assisted the project team with the review of Contractor tender submissions, providing technical, commercial and methodology advice to the tender assessment committee.<\/p>\n
TBH is currently engaged on the project reviewing Contractor Programmes, providing commercial and programming advice, reviewing and assessing Contractor EOT \/ Variation claims and providing ongoing planning and reporting support for the project team through to delivery.<\/p>\n
