Our specialist consultants provided stakeholders with a consolidated view of both programmes to show progress and slippage. As a result, Telstra InfraCo&#8217;s project teams were able to identify risks early to ensure each project was completed on time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The TBH Difference<\/h3>\n<p>TBH&#8217;s extensive experience managing simultaneous projects made us a suitable partner for the LCR and Growth programmes.
