The objective of the project is to upgrade the software and hardware of the existing distribution management system (DMS) to enable more efficient and reliable network operations for monitoring and controlling the electricity distribution network.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>TBH\u2019s Role<\/h3>\n<p>TBH was engaged to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, develop and manage complex program schedules and ensure all project streams are in place and maintained as per program governance, utilising Microsoft Project Online. Assisting program manager with critical path information, what-if scenarios for planning and resource allocation as well resource profile levelling.<\/li>\n<li>Producing regular updates and reporting on program progress, inclusive of predicted and actual costs, high level timeline, milestones tracking and slippage, resource modelling and monthly status and cost reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and monitoring scheduling problems with project management best practice and principles and undertaking necessary corrections.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The TBH Difference<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with the program manager and program team, understanding their requirements and producing agreed deliverables in a timely manner within the budget.<\/li>\n<li>Operate independently and be able to add value immediately with demonstrated experience.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with, and between, business subject matter experts, developers, analysts and management.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to identify, document and call out risks and issues as with regards to the scheduled activities and project planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project Overview In 2018, Essential Energy approved a new program of works called PowerOn Upgrade program.
