Seatrium is one of the world’s largest EPC contractors in the offshore engineering industry. Seatrium has undertaken EPCI contract of the Shell Crux Project – NNM <\/strong>Topside platform. The not normally manned (NNM) <\/strong>platform has five production wells, in ocean waters approximately 165 m deep. The facility will be connected to Prelude via a 160km export pipeline.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n TBH was engaged by Seatrium to provide full-time on-site support for planning and scheduling in Singapore from May to July 2023. The scope of services included:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n TBH developed a highly detailed baseline schedule given a clear visibility on the project timeline, potential risks. TBH also provided recommendations to mitigate issues from numerous meetings and productive workshops with Seatrium and Shell. TBH successfully integrated the construction schedule with the commissioning schedule, ensuring a smooth transition between these project phases.
