Project Overview

Talison Lithium is expanding their existing lithium processing facilities at Greenbushes in Western Australia through the Chemical Grade 3 Plant (CGP3). The project consists of dry crushing, screening plant, wet process plant, overland conveyors, stockpile facilities and associated non-process infrastructure. This project will increase Talison Lithium’s ability to mine and process lithium, which was required in order to meet the growing demand for lithium.

 

TBH’s Role

MSP have requested TBH for assistance in implementing an Integrated Project Controls System (IPC System) for the CPG3 project. This involved TBH gaining a detailed understating of the work performed and resources available to date in setting up the IPC system. TBH also prepared a brief outlining TBH’s observations, recommendations, anticipated duration and proposed budget for the implementation of the IPC system.
