Project Overview
The Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre (MSAC) is a premier sporting and recreation facility in Victoria, designed to host elite competitions as well as community sporting activities. The project involved the planning and delivery of extensive aquatic and indoor sports facilities to meet both international event standards and the ongoing needs of local users.

- Developing the integrated planning and scheduling for the project to align construction and commissioning with key milestone dates.
- Monitoring programme progress and performance against baseline, providing regular reporting and early warnings of emerging risks.
- Conducting scenario planning to assess and mitigate the impact of schedule risks and optimise delivery strategies.
