Project Overview
The redevelopment of Allianz Stadium in Sydney involved demolishing and rebuilding the Sydney Football Stadium into a world-class, 42,500-seat rectangular venue designed for rugby league, rugby union, and football. The project included modern facilities, improved sightlines, and enhanced fan experience, delivered as part of the NSW Government’s stadia investment program.
TBH’s Role
- Providing master programming advice and maintaining the integrated delivery schedule.
- Undertaking constructability and optioneering studies to assess staging and delivery strategies.
- Advising on procurement strategy, value-for-money, delivery risk, and contract administration through the project lifecycle.
