Project Overview
The London 2012 Olympic Games delivered one of the most ambitious urban regeneration and sporting event programs in the UK’s history. Centered in East London, the program combined the delivery of new world-class sporting venues, substantial transport and utility upgrades, and temporary Olympic overlay, alongside the transformation of Stratford and surrounding precincts into vibrant, long-term community assets. The works were delivered under the London Olympics Delivery Authority, with key partners CI+TFG.

- Conducting constructability and optioneering studies to resolve complex staging and delivery challenges and advising on procurement strategy for major packages.
