TBH’s Role
TBH was engaged by the University of Sydney to provide independent planning advisory services for the project. As part of this role TBH was involved in providing planning advice, reviewing & validating Contractor programmes, providing advice on the assessment of delay claims and undertaking ongoing monitoring and reporting of the project for the University.
While the project experienced both on and off-site delays during, by having TBH engaged through the life of the project we were able to provide ongoing commercial support and advice to the project team that helped to fairly administer the works in line with the Contract.
