Project Overview
Sunwater Operations teams deliver Preventive and Corrective Maintenance (PCM) projects to renew and refurbish assets spread across four geographic regions. Sunwater has undertaken an initiative to develop and implement a Project Management Framework, processes supported by suitable tools to ensure that the PCM projects are planned and delivered consistently and efficiently across the regions. This is aimed at aligning the PCM project delivery to the Sunwater PMO, and Queensland Government requirements and enable the organisation to undertake a larger program of works required to clear a significant backlog of works.
