Project Overview
The New England Solar Farm (NESF) is a multi-stage solar farm being constructed in New South Wales. Elecnor was awarded the contract to construct Stage 1 for $500 million dollars. The scope included for the deliver of 400 MW of generation capacity and 50 MW/50MWh of storage with the construction of a substation and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
TBH’s Role
TBH was engaged by Green Light Contractors (Elecnor) to provide planning and programming services. TBH were engaged part way through the construction phase to facilitate the review of the Contractor’s Contract Programme.
TBH also provided:
- Advice on potential programme savings, opportunities and initiatives to overcome previous programme slippages and delays.
- Independent assessments of the project’s progress and a review of the programme status
- Identification of programme risks that would influence the likely Completion of the project
- Assistance with monthly programme status updates
