Dear All,
While we navigate these unprecedented circumstances presented by COVID-19, I wanted to reach out to you, our valued clients, to let you know what measures TBH is taking to protect our staff, our clients and the broader community.
Executive oversight – TBH has formed a cross-skilled Executive Team that continues to take guidance from a number of sources, including the Australian Government, World Health Organisation (WHO) and our travel risk partner, SOS International, to inform our internal business continuity plans.
Protect our People – We’re focused on safeguarding the health of our employees, their families and our valued clients and partners, so we have taken a series of measures to minimize the risk of contributing to the spread of Coronavirus. For example, one of these measures includes the implementation of a physical separation policy to limit the potential of spreading the virus. As such, we aim to have approximately half of our staff working from home, rotating weekly with the other half working from TBH offices.
Remote working – TBH already has the infrastructure in place to support remote operations, both internally and with our clients. We already use video, Skype and teleconferences as regular business practices. No doubt in the current environment we will see an increased use of remote modes of communication. Our project leaders will be working hard to support staff delivering work to ensure that we continue providing the excellent service our clients expect.
Events – This year is TBH’s 55th Anniversary and we will be having a number of events to celebrate this milestone. These and other large events have been postponed and will be rescheduled once the situation has stabilised.
Travel – Non-essential domestic or international travel has been cancelled or postponed. Of course if you need us, and we cannot be there in person we will be available via Skype and telephone.
Safeguarding the health of our staff and clients while providing our usual high standard of service, is our utmost priority. If you have any questions or concerns about the above, please reach out to your Project Manager / Director in Charge to discuss.
I thank you for your continued support during these challenging times.
Rob Hammond
Managing Director, TBH
