As part of TBH’s commitment to helping build the world’s critical infrastructure, congratulations must go to TBH Director Ben Atkin, whose team have recently been engaged by Telstra’s InfraCo to provide Project Controls and Portfolio Planning services.

Telstra has created the dedicated infrastructure business unit InfraCo, to reinvent the way Australia’s telecommunications infrastructure is built and managed.

Said Ben, “TBH is standardising the way InfraCo undertake planning and monitoring across Fibre, Towers and Exchanges. This will provide greater visibility of the inflight and pipeline of work with the ability to identify over-allocation of critical internal resource, ensuring a sustainable and achievable volume of work is planned and delivered.

We are also identifying opportunities for efficiencies such as coordinating work in remote locations and with third party contractors.”
