Martin Place Metro Station and Over Station Development

Australia

Project Overview

Martin Place Station is being upgraded as part of the Sydney Metro City, this will include new binocular cavern platforms at Martin Place Metro Station, two new commercial buildings above the station, a retail space, new underground pedestrian connections and improvements to the public domain.

TBH’s Role

TBH has developed reporting structures to review the monthly programme, helping to assess the progress of the project towards key dates and also against the established contract program.
Further, TBH helped in the assessment of options/scenarios for when the scope of work has changed or increased.
TBH has also responded to ad hoc reporting requirements, like the preparation of Schedule Risk Analysis in the supporting documentation for the sale of the South Tower.

The TBH Difference

The Reporting requirements of this project called for fast and flexible responses, where the regular monthly reporting has a short turn-around timeframe (3-4 days) and several instances of unplanned assessment requirements needed urgent assessment. TBH has been able to satisfy the needs of the project, delivering these justified assessments in a timely manner without losing integrity.
