Life Cycle Replacement and Growth

Project Overview

The Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) and Growth were two major programmes implemented by Telstra InfraCo to upgrade Australia’s data and internet capabilities.

The LCR programme replaced 30 large-scale copper internet networks across Australia’s metropolitan and regional areas with ultrafast and reliable fibre-optic networks.

As part of Telstra InfraCo’s Growth programme, 110 infrastructure projects were developed across Australia’s states and territories to support 5G internet, large data centres and dark fibre networks.

TBH’s Role

TBH provided Scheduling and Reporting services for Telstra Infraco’s LCR and Growth programmes. Our specialist consultants provided stakeholders with a consolidated view of both programmes to show progress and slippage. As a result, Telstra InfraCo’s project teams were able to identify risks early to ensure each project was completed on time.
