Project Overview
RCR was contracted to carry out engineering, procurement and construction works (EPC) and pre-commissioning of Fortescue’s (FMG) King’s and Firetail processing facilities at the Solomon Mine in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. The scope included all structural, mechanical, piping and electrical (SMPE) works.
TBH’s Role
TBH provided on site scheduling services for RCR Power Positron. A high-quality programme was delivered to the client for the establishment of works on the project. This led to the oversight of weekly reporting on the project during its implementation. TBH had a planner on site in the Pilbara who was responsible for all planning and reporting functions along with an onsite planner in the module fabrication yards in Thailand.
TBH developed a customised tracker which served to manage the fabrication, loading and shipping of modules in line with the overall project schedule.
