TBH’s Role

TBH has been engaged by GuocoLand to provide ongoing planning and programming support to the GuocoLand project management team. TBH’s scope included site visits and the preparation of monthly programme status reports highlighting the actual progress against the baseline programme, assessment of critical and near critical activities, activities requiring client’s decision, and recommendations in dealing with the slippages.

In addition, TBH also provided claims management advisory services to GuocoLand.

Independent assessments of the likely forecast completion date of the project was provided to GuocoLand on a monthly basis. TBH’s assessments often varied from the contractor’s assessments thus providing the client with an alternate view, establishing greater transparency and providing Guocoland with greater certainty on the likely completion date of the project.
