Project Overview
WaterNSW was asked to undertake a business case on the construction Wyangala and Mole River and expansion of the Dungowan dams. The upgrades were to address the challenges of water security, reliability and flood mitigation.
TBH’s Role
TBH was engaged to provide project controls services to support WaterNSW. TBH provided time, cost and risk services across the major project’s portfolio. For these projects TBH provided:
- Development of master schedule for pre-delivery
- Development of construction schedule
- Review of Cost Estimate
- Facilitating risk workshops to define both the inherent and contingent risk profiles.
- Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Project Monitoring and Reporting during the business case phase
