Today, it gives us great pleasure to announce the appointment of Sydney’s Scott Bertoni, Ali Dibaj and Ali Nami; Perth’s Mena Messiha and Riyadh’s Stephen Topp to the role of Director.
Your insights and expertise will help shape the next 60 years of TBH.
Scott Bertoni
Having joined TBH in 2007, Sydney-based Scott Bertoni honed his skills working on an extensive range of building construction projects across many industry sectors, for contractors and public and private project owners.
Emerging as something of a social infrastructure specialist, Scott’s unbiased advice on project planning and analysis of delay and change on health and education projects, has seen his expertise sought out on a range of projects including the Nepean Hospital Redevelopment – Stages 1 & 2 projects, Campbelltown Hospital Redevelopment – Stage 2 and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead Redevelopment – Stage 2.
Ali Dibaj
With over 20 years’ experience working on a range of large-scale projects in the Middle East including oil and gas, rail and water infrastructure, Ali Dibaj joined TBH’s Sydney office in 2018. Specialising in Integrated Project Controls (IPC), and Planning Management for complex projects, Ali’s expertise encompasses the development and implementation of IPC systems and services, making significant contributions to multifaceted and multidisciplinary portfolios including Sydney Light Rail, Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre, Cross River Rail and Major Renewable Projects.
Ali Nami
With a degree in mining engineering and a background in tunnelling and resources projects, Ali Nami joined TBH in 2011. Having gained experience working across planning & scheduling, project controls and dispute resolution in infrastructure, building projects, defence, utilities, and energy projects; more recently, Ali – who is based out of Sydney – has become a driving force in TBH’s work in the renewable energy sector, working on such notable projects as Project EnergyConnect, CopperString and Marinus Link.
Mena Messiha
Mena Messiha is an Engineer with over 16 years of experience, specialising in Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls. Having joined TBH in 2019, the Perth based Director, has worked across resources, infrastructure and energy; consulting and contracting on projects up to $2.8 billion. Mena plays an integral role in the leadership of TBH’s Perth office; and has been pivotal in the growth of TBH’s Integrated Project Controls service in Western Australia.
Stephen Topp
Stephen Topp began his career with TBH in 2012 as a consultant in our Perth office. In the proceeding years, he moved to TBH’s Melbourne office where he honed his experience, consulting across multiple sectors including Construction, Infrastructure, Government, and Defence.
After completing an MBA, Stephen joined TBH’s Middle East team. Since relocating, Stephen has helped launch TBH’s KSA business, taken on the role of Country Manager, and lead TBH’s engagement on one of the region’s largest giga-projects.
