Congratulations to TBH Director and Claims lead, Tim Ash, who was recently engaged to provide advice to insurance adjusters; who were assessing losses arising from a time delay, caused by the rectification of defective works to a residential building façade.

While major structural defects in apartment buildings have recently been in the news, most apartment buildings do not suffer issues affecting the stability of the building. However, defects do occur in the construction of residential apartment buildings and the resolution of time and cost, impact the rectification of these defects and can be a complex issue.
