Doha Festival City is one of the largest mixed-use developments in the Gulf. Offering over 540 shops and stores and dining options through a carefully balanced selection of international and local brands including more than 100 restaurants, cafes, and food court options.
Housing state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor entertainment zone including Qatar’s first Snow Park, “Angry Birds”, “Juniverse” and “Virtuocity” theme parks, and a VOX 4D cinema complex with 18 digital screens.
TBH’s Role
TBH has been appointed by ALEC, the JV lead, to manage all the planning, monitoring & controlling processes, providing claim management services and advising the project managers on the optimum usage of the resources in-line with the contractual programme to help the project remain on schedule.
With animated visual presentation tools, TBH has increased the visibility of the sequence of works and provided broad understanding of the strategy to complete this mega project.
