TBH is pleased to announce the appointment of two Directors to our Brisbane office.

Stuart Cassie – Director (Strategic Advisory)

Stuart Cassie, Director (Strategic Advisory), brings over 25 years’ experience providing consulting and advisory services to assist large, complex infrastructure investors, owners and developers to evaluate, manage, and deliver major capital projects and portfolios of sustaining capital projects for ongoing operations.

He has consulted extensively around the development and operationalisation of innovative project and portfolio management evaluation and prioritisation approaches; technical and non-technical risk evaluation and management; portfolio management strategy and implementation; small to large scale project delivery strategy and processes and PMO set up, assessment and improvement.

Prior to joining TBH, Stuart held senior global roles in leading management consulting and engineering advisory businesses and was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Seqwater, Southeast Queensland’s bulk water provider where he was responsible for Operations & Maintenance, Asset Management, Capital Investment Planning & Delivery and Technical Services.

Stuart will be heading up TBH’s Strategic Advisory Service offering.

Callum Agnew – Director (Cost)

Callum Agnew, Director (Cost), recently relocated back to Australia from Singapore, having spent 10 years working across Asia. Callum has extensive knowledge in various sectors including data centres, high-tech & manufacturing, commercial office, hotel & leisure, residential, education, health, civil infrastructure, natural resources, and energy.

Callum’s experience includes multiple client-side roles with international organisations covering programme strategy through project planning and project delivery. With extensive experience in cost management, programme management, project procurement, risk and value management, progress monitoring, stakeholder management, project reporting, supply chain management and 5D BIM services. He also holds experience across numerous business management roles as a Regional Director throughout Asia Pacific.

Callum will be heading up TBH’s Cost Management Service offering.
