Project Overview
ANZ Stadium (formerly Stadium Australia) was targeted for a major redevelopment as part of the NSW Government’s stadia strategy, aimed at converting it to a rectangular configuration and modernising its facilities to improve spectator experience and operational efficiency.
TBH’s Role
- Developing and advising on the master delivery program and key staging options.
- Conducting constructability and optioneering studies to optimise construction methods and minimise impact on ongoing use.
- Providing procurement, value, and risk management advice as part of the business case and planning phase.
