Project Overview
Seatrium is one of the world’s largest EPC contractors in the offshore engineering industry. Seatrium has undertaken EPCI contract of the Shell Crux Project – NNM Topside platform. The not normally manned (NNM) platform has five production wells, in ocean waters approximately 165 m deep. The facility will be connected to Prelude via a 160km export pipeline.
TBH’s Role
TBH was engaged by Seatrium to provide full-time on-site support for planning and scheduling in Singapore from May to July 2023. The scope of services included:
- Develop the existing project schedule with further detail on the construction stage up to level 4 activities and broken down to each system.
- Arrange meetings and workshops with the Seatrium construction team to develop the construction sequence and activities, including the required duration and logics.
- Build interdependencies between commissioning activities and construction activities by sub system.
- Prepare a brief Basis of Schedule setting out key schedule-assumptions and constraints applied in the schedule.
