TBH has provided best-in-class Planning and Scheduling support to 12 data centres across five countries, working in close alliance with a leading Global Hyper-Scale Data Centre Provider. Our team has been actively collaborating with general contractors from Australia, Japan, Thailand, India, Malaysia, and Singapore to ensure seamless project management and execution.
TBH’s Role
The Client engaged TBH to conduct an impartial review of the contractor’s programmes and visit the sites to assess the progress of the project. TBH is dedicated to using the best industry practices to provide suggestions that can help create a robust programme that effectively identifies critical and near-critical activities and forecasts accurate dates for key project milestones.
To keep everyone informed and on track, TBH periodically prepares a detailed programme status report that highlights the key forecast dates for the project milestones, near critical and critical activities, risks and issues, and insights from the site visits. Additionally, TBH developed look-ahead programmes, which allow for better planning and coordination of resources.
TBH’s services go beyond reporting and monitoring the project’s progress. We also provide unbiased advice and evaluate the contractor’s Extension of Time (EOT) claims, which can be critical to ensuring that the project stays on track.
