Project Overview
After the launch of the $170.4 million Albany Health Campus the next phase of the Albany Health Campus redevelopment is now under way, with site works now commencing. The new purpose-built health campus is the hub for health services in the Great Southern region, providing the region’s 55,000 residents with improved services. It features modern facilities which support the delivery of quality health services and offer the very best in contemporary care, enabling up to 80 per cent of patients from the Great Southern region to be treated closer to where they live.
Funding for the project has come from the State Government, Royalties for Regions and the Commonwealth Government.

The state’s project delivery program was developed in consultation with the project team. This programme was then handed over to the project team to manage. TBH provided periodic reviews, advice and assistance with regard to the ongoing maintenance of this programme.
The D&C contractor submitted an updated monthly program in accordance with the requirements of the head contract. TBH reviewed this programme and provided a summary level report on issues.
