Project Overview
The Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline (FGP) is a project by the McConnell Dowell BMD Joint Venture (MBJV) aimed at enhancing water security for the Gladstone region. Spanning 117 km, the pipeline will deliver 30 gigalitres of water annually, supporting local industries, including the hydrogen sector. Key components include a new water treatment plant, reservoirs, and pumping stations.
TBH’s Role
TBH’s role involved active engagement with the entire project team through regular meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination on performance, monitoring and reporting. TBH was responsible for actively seeking input from the project team members across various disciplines to update the status of the program and produce detailed reporting for the fortnightly and end-of-month updates, ensuring all stakeholders were informed of the project’s progress and concerns in a timely and comprehensive manner.
TBH also led the efforts in the program re-baselining and reviews, working closely with the project team to adjust schedules and plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
