To strengthen our ICT delivery capability in Victoria and South Australia, Angela Holbery, Associate Director, has been appointed to lead ICT delivery across the region.
Angela will focus on expanding our ICT capability by connecting clients and technology-led programs with TBH’s full suite of services, including P3O/PMO (Portfolio, Program and Project Management), project management, project controls and governance. Working with our national and global teams, she will help to shape delivery frameworks, P3O/PMO operating models, governance structures and reporting rhythms that support disciplined planning and effective oversight across large-scale portfolios.
Angela brings extensive experience in service delivery and portfolio leadership, with a background spanning technical delivery, digital transformation and transition and delivery operations. She previously spent more than two decades at IBM and a further ten years in senior executive roles at Concentrix, leading complex, tech-enabled operations across a range of sectors.
