TBH is delighted to announce that Aytug Ozkan and Robbie Breschkin have been promoted to become company directors. Both have been with the business for over 10 years and Robbie joined TBH as Jnr Consultants (Analysts).

Aytug has played a key role in the development and success of our UAE office by building strong, solution focussed relationships with our clients and being a key member of our leadership team for the region. Aytug has been with TBH for over 12 years. He played an integral role at the very start of the formation of CTBH in 2010 when TBH partnered with Confluence and then again when TBH opened an independent office in 2020. Aytug has a range of experience that covers our core services of Planning and Scheduling and Claims and Dispute resolution. He advises a variety of clients in all stages of project delivery including planning, design, procurement, and on-site construction. Aytug’s current focus is on sustainable growth of our offices in the Middle East.  

Robbie has been with TBH for over 15 years. He has worked across a variety of industries including Rail and Road, Health, ICT, Infrastructure, Construction, and Mining. He effectively utilises his strong product development, problem-solving and analytical skills. Through innovation, he is able to drive exceptional results for clients. Robbies in-depth knowledge of Integrated Project Controls together with his unique ability to draw meaningful information through data integration helps our clients understand and further optimise their business operations.   

It is an exceptional achievement for our two long-term TBH employees, and I believe they will all contribute to the group’s future.
