Project Overview

The Boeing Satellite Terminal project was undertaken by the Australian Defence Force in Western Australia. The project consists of C2G2 Satellite Terminals in Kojarena, Western Australia.

The aim of the project is to provide the United States military with access to the wideband global communications system and to improve ground infrastructure in support of its wideband satellite communications capability.

The project comprises of an electronic equipment building, antenna foundations for satellite terminals and supporting facilities.

TBH was engaged to:

  • Analyse all activities and procedures and develop a detailed programme for project construction
  • Provide professional, effective strategies and an efficient working schedule to ensure the project remained on schedule and to minimise additional risks
