Project Overview
The Aura Network caters to the increasing need for high-capacity, low-latency, point to point connectivity using advanced optical fibre technology, with optional proactive monitoring for a reliable performance and a highly robust data transport solution. Through subsea and intercity networks, the Aura Network will deliver 14,000 km of new fibre, providing express connectivity between capital cities around Australia.
TBH’s Role
TBH was asked to provide P3M services which included;
- Planning and Scheduling
- Establishing and managing Governance across all workstreams
- Status reporting on project progress, risks and issues
- Data analytics and Power BI reporting
- Critical Path Analysis and mitigation strategies
