Project Overview
The NSW Government is redeveloping the Sydney Football Stadium into a modern, world-class 45,000-seat venue to create a sporting and entertainment precinct of international standard. The redevelopment ensures New South Wales remains the premier destination for major sporting and entertainment events, delivering state-of-the-art facilities for athletes, spectators, and the wider community.
TBH’s Role
- Developing the construction programme to support the business case, baseline planning, early works, and main works procurement.
- Providing programme reviews, independent tender programme assessments, and schedule risk analysis to identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring construction progress through site inspections, status reporting, constructability and methodology reviews, and providing industry benchmarking advice on production rates.
