Project Overview
The NSW Government sought to redevelop Stadium Australia into a world-class 70,000-seat rectangular stadium. The project aimed to deliver an outstanding customer experience and position NSW as a premier destination for hosting the world’s best sporting and entertainment events.
TBH’s Role
- Reviewing and developing draft business case and delivery programmes, advising on procurement, constructability, risks, and schedules of anticipated deliverables.
- Providing independent programme development, constructability advice, and benchmarking of engineering assumptions, staging, logistics, and construction strategies through design and procurement phases.
- Assessing tender submissions, reviewing construction methodology and proposed initiatives, and advising on the achievability and risks of submitted programmes.
