Project Overview
Squadron Energy is Australia’s leading renewable energy company that develops, operates and owns renewable energy assets in Australia. Squadron (SQE) has 1.1 gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy in operation and 900MW under construction. To further expand their portfolio SQE is planning a significant pipeline of additional renewable projects.
TBH’s Role
TBH has been engaged to provide projects support SQE through their development and delivery phases for wind, solar and BESS projects. TBH’s services span across all of projects controls with time, cost and risk, including:
- Create project specific WBS
- Develop Baseline Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Perform reviews of Contractor Programs
- Develop cost estimate and build-up of Project Owners Estimates.
- Establish Project Risk Registers for new Projects.
- Perform Risk Analysis and establish Risk Baseline
- Monitor and Control Status Schedule (IMS)
- Monitor and Control Project Cost
- Review and assess delay and quantum claims
