Supporting and Growing Our People to Realise Their Potential
Meiske Sompie, a TBH Director based in Singapore, started her journey with TBH in Sydney back in 2000 as a junior consultant.
As a specialist in Information & Communications Technology (ICT), Defence and Data Centres (DC) sectors Meiske has enjoyed the opportunity to work on Australia’s major ICT projects for Telstra, Optus, or Hewlett Packard Enterprises and help transform communities. In 2020, she had the opportunity to lead the expansion of TBH’s DC services and clients across Asia and eventually moved to Singapore.
As a newly appointed Director, Meiske needed to balance caring for an ill family member with her professional commitments which required her to travel interstate and overseas. TBH’s company culture values a healthy work and life balance, and this provided Meiske with support both emotionally and professionally which was invaluable in helping her to manage these challenges.
TBH’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity has also helped Meiske feel confident to be herself at work and continue to focus on her growth and development through her 25-year career with TBH.
