TBH’s rail expertise began in 1977 with the $200 million SRA Track Upgrade Project in NSW, Australia. Since then, we have built on this foundation, completing comprehensive cost, time and risk reviews to inform business cases, project controls and commercial advice. Our work spans every project phase – planning, design, procurement, delivery and close-out – along with possession planning to support ongoing asset management. Covering freight, heavy, light and metro rail projects across Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, our experience includes formation, track, OHW, signalling and train control systems, line-wide infrastructure, stations and over-station developments, commissioning, assurance and rolling stock.
