TBH’s success is built on the expertise and leadership of our people. This year, we’re proud to welcome three new Directors: Andy Chew, Corey Farrell, and Steven Spinks. Their skills and experience will help shape the next chapter of TBH’s growth.
Andy Chew
Andy began his career at TBH’s Melbourne office in 2009, bringing an engineering background and a passion for complex project delivery. Over the past 15 years, he has built extensive experience across the infrastructure, transport, building, health and ICT sectors.
Andy’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, with a focus on planning and scheduling, risk analysis, integrated project controls and stakeholder management. Known for his ability to break down complex problems and identify effective solutions, Andy also supports clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process, from negotiation to mediation, adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings.
Corey Farrell
Corey is a chartered quantity surveyor and has two decades of industry experience.
Corey joined TBH in 2015 after building his experience with a Contractor and PQS consultancy in Sydney. Whilst at TBH, Corey has provided dispute resolution and traditional quantity surveying services across a range of sectors including road, rail and water infrastructure, oil and gas, building and renewable energy.
Corey is one of TBHs emerging quantum experts and has submitted reports for various forums and has also testified in court.
Steven Spinks
Having joined TBH in 2012, Sydney-based Steven Spinks has gained experience working across planning & scheduling and dispute resolution services in road & rail infrastructure, building projects, gas and mining, and renewable sectors. Steven is one of our emerging delay experts and has been providing commercial assistance and expert evidence on a range of matters ranging up to $5 billion projects.
He specialises in complex construction programs and delay analysis, including earned value, productivity and as-built assessments, and regularly supports claims, negotiations and legal proceedings across the project lifecycle. Steven holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Hons) and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
